Double standards

    In "The Code of Federal Regulations," Title 50, Chapter I, Part II, titled "Protection of Bald Eagles and Golden Eagles," one may find the federal law which forbids the killing of eagles or destroying their eggs.
    Why is it illegal to break an eagle's egg but legal to break into a woman's womb and kill her unborn child?
